A gateway to rare, historical, and primary source materials from or about Texas. This large collection includes newspapers, photos, letters, documents, and more. 

 

SMU Digital Collections - Southern Methodist University 

A collection of photographs, manuscripts, imprints, works of art, and audio/video on many historical subjects. Many resources on Dallas, Methodist, and other areas of Texas history.  

 

Briscoe Center for American History - Digital Collections - UT Austin 

A large digital collection with a focus on materials documenting the history of Texas and the South. 

 

UTSA Digital Collections - UT San Antonio 

A collection of photographs, archival documents, oral histories, rare books focused on San Antonio and Texas history. 

 

Houston Public Library - Digital Archives 

A digital archive from the Houston Public Library special collections department, African American History Research Center, Family History Research Center, and the Houston History Research Center. 

 

Fort Worth Public Library - Digital Archives 

The Digital Archives is part of the Genealogy, History & Archives Unit of the Fort Worth Public Library. The collections focus on regional history, with an emphasis on Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
