It is always difficult to begin at a new school, even as adults. Odessa College provides many resources for students, faculty, and staff, but it is sometimes difficult keep track of everything. This guide aims to provide you with the tools, strategies, and information you need to excel in the classroom and contribute to the academic community here.

Microsoft Office

Students at Odessa College are often unaware they have free access to the Microsoft office suites. Microsoft Office 365 gives students online versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote. It also provides 1TB of online storage (for free) and access to OneDrive (Microsoft's cloud space).

To Get Started with Office 365 Students Need to Do the Following:

Continuing Education

Odessa College pays for a total of 6 credit hours a semester. Any CE courses for which you may apply will be equated to total dollar amount of 6 credit hours. If any of the courses meet during your regular scheduled work time, you must complete a form obtaining permission from your immediate supervisor and the appropriate Vice President.
