Lebanese Diaspora: Mexico has a sizable Lebanese community, primarily concentrated in cities like Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. Many Lebanese immigrants arrived in Mexico during the late 19th and early 20th centuries and have since integrated into Mexican society while maintaining their cultural heritage.Many Lebanese immigrants fled the Ottoman Empire seeking economic opportunities and escaping religious persecution. They faced challenges adapting to a new culture and language.

Contributions: Lebanese immigrants played a crucial role in Mexico's commerce, particularly in the retail sector. They introduced Middle Eastern cuisine, music, and dance to Mexican culture, enriching the country's culinary and artistic heritage. The Lebanese community has also made significant contributions to Mexico's political and intellectual spheres.

Contributions include: kibbeh, tabbouleh, tacos árabes, tacos al pastor.

The Lebanese diaspora in Mexico has a rich history that dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. At the time, Lebanon was a part of the Ottomon empire, which was facing internal challenges. The Lebanese community in Mexico quickly grew in numbers and established vibrant communities in various cities.

The initial wave of Lebanese immigrants to Mexico consisted mostly of Christians from the regions of Mount Lebanon and Syria. They brought with them their entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and strong work ethic, which played a significant role in their integration and success in Mexico.
